As a rule, the less chemicals used on your seat, the longer the vinyl will last. Using strong cleaners in the bowl of your toilet is fine, but when doing so, lift the seat into the upright position, especially when products are left in the bowl overnight.

• Washing your seat with a mixture of soapy water and a little bleach is the best option, although most spray and wipe products are also suitable.
• Do not use cleaners that contain phenol or are abrasive as this will void the warranty.
• Do not stand or place anything sharp or hot on your seat.
• Do not use ‘drop on’ child trainer seats as it can damage the vinyl.
• Do not sit on the lid of your Cush’n Soft seat.

The Standard Cush’n Soft padded toilet seat fits around 98% of all toilets.

The mounting bolts on these seats can be adjusted to fit pans where the holes are from 115mm to 165mm.

Some pans have hidden or blind fittings. This is where the bolts don’t protrude out the bottom of the pan but tighten inside, out of sight. If this is the case with your toilet, please contact us.
