Shipping & Returns

It is the aim at Cush'n Soft to deliver our products to you as soon as possible. We can usually have your new soft padded toilet seat anywhere in Australia within 12 days and to the east coast capital cities, Melbourne and Adelaide within 3 to 4 days( Unless delivery is affected by factors outside of Cush'n Soft's control). International delivery times may change from country to country but mostly can be achieved within 12 days.

If the delivery time of Cush'n Soft products exceeds the stated time frames above due to a product being placed on back order or through the inability of Cush'n Soft to process the order, the card holder will be notified by either phone or email with the following options;

  • Cush'n Soft will give an estimated delivery date for the order to which the card holder can agree.
  • The order can be canceled and a full refund made to the card holder within 7 days of the cancellation date.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping fee, including fee for re-delivery if the given shipping address was incorrect or shipping address was unattended at the time of delivery unless authority to leave was instructed by the customer in the Special Instructions/Comments field during the checkout process. International customers must sign for there Cush'n Soft product unless special arrangements have been agreed to prior to shipment. All internationally freighted Cush'n Soft products must be insured.

Please read all information with care before purchasing your Cush'n Soft padded toilet seat. Take particular care to read the product specification pages to be sure that the Cush'n Soft padded seat will fit on your toilet. Please contact Cush'n Soft if more information if needed.


A refund for a gifted seat is also not possible.


Unfortunately from time to time our products can be damaged in transit. If this is the case with your purchase please contact us ASAP with the details of the damage. All seats sent out of Australia must be insured.

It is not possible, for obvious health reasons to return a Cush'n Soft seat once it has been fitted to your toilet. Please contact Cush'n Soft within 14 days of the invoice issue date of your Cush'n Soft seat for return information.

Refund for a gifted seat is not possible although exchange is at the discretion of Cush'n Soft. All freight costs will be borne by the customer if an exchange is authorised.

Due to the cost of international freight, proof of a defective Cush'n Soft product may be shown by sending a picture of the damaged product to If the picture is considered proof of a warranty claim, Cush'n Soft will replace the defective product. All freight costs to send the replacement product will be born by the customer.

Cancellation of an order is possible provided the order has not left the Cush'n Soft premises at  35 Firth Street Arncliffe 2205. If you would like to cancel your order, contact Cush'n Soft ASAP with the details of your purchase. You will receive a cancellation number and a refund will be issued, less bank charges and a restocking fee of 10% if applicable, within 14 days of the issuing of the cancellation number.
